How you keep control
You can download the reports and/or have them e-mailed to you periodically – daily, weekly or monthly, in your desired format. We can send reports in an Excel file, a comma separated value format (.csv), or in HTML, depending on how you wish to store/process the data.

The reports look like this:
Hours
This report provides time of arrival and departure to and from any location. It also shows how long the engine has been idling in drive and how long the vehicle was parked. This gives you additional information for the timesheets, helping both your employees and your customers! In addition, the report also shows which hours the vehicle was used in and outside of working hours.
Speed
The speed report shows how fast the vehicle was driven, maximum and on average, for each trip. It’s good to record this data, both for you and your employees – not only can this prevent expensive and annoying penalties, but it also helps to eliminate dangerous driving behaviour.
