Explanation about EuropeTrack modules.
This report provides information about driving behaviour for every single ride. The results will automatically be converted to an energy label. The better the energy label, the better the driving behaviour is and the lower the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions is. The report lists all the costs and the gasoline consumption (the data will be imported on your fuel card). Besides that it is possible to get information about CO2 emissions for every trip.
Driving characteristics and fuel consumption – € 2,95 / month
The use of a fuel card gives you a better understanding of the fuel consumption of the different drivers and cars. Moreover, this report provides an objective assessment of the driving characteristics and its consequences for the carbon footprint (CO2 emissions) of your company. Would you like to contribute to a cleaner world by reducing CO2 emissions and changing your own driving habits and the ones of your employees by driving in an economical way? Improve the world, start within your own little world!
Energy labels
- The first energy label is about an efficient driving style. The driven routes will be compared by a route planner. The more detours you make the worse the energy label will be.
- The second energy label measures your driving behaviours. The system registers speed, acceleration, harsh braking and negotiating bends.
- The third energy label registers the time of idling.
Driving characteristics on the streets
Driving behaviour that has a negative impact on the energy label can be found back on the map that presents all the driven. It will be indicated by an exclamation mark. If you click on it it will show you the exceptions. Like in the example you can see that Martin went too fast through the corner.
Additional information under your mouse pointer
By moving your mouse onto an energy label, you will get very precise information about it. In the example on the right you will see that one has got the energy label G, because he has accelerated to fast 9 times and brake very harsh at 3 times and did 4 times negotiate bends to fast.
Connection with your fuel card supplier
Most fuel card suppliers can provide a list for instance in Excel or CSV showing your tank data. You can import this list into your system. If you have a look at the driving report, you will find information about the costs for every ride and the fuel consumption of any vehicle. If your fuel card provider isn’t on the list yet, please let us know and we will add them for you to the list.
Refuelling report review
Information about refuelling appear as a ‘block note’ icon behind the trip number. If you put your mouse onto it, you will get fully information about who, where, when and how many liters were refuelled for what price.
